What is the reason my 1992 Jeep Cherokee won't turn over?

My 1992 Jeep Cherokee sport was running great 2 days ago. Then just yesterday I went to start and there was nothing. I tried to jump start it nothing. I changed the battery and the terminals nothing. All the lights and even the radio come on. There just
