how do i totally elliminate static( i.e. alternator whine) in my car audio system?

i have 3 power amps, rockford fosgate, pioneer head unit, audio control, and EQx crossover, i've ran 1gauge kicker wire, i upgraded also to big three, i know it is normal static, but, at zero volume, i hear that static, alternator wine, when i turn on

1)try resistor spark plugs.
2)they sell filters for the attenna plug in.
3)they also sell filters for the power hook up.

that should remove any static on your adio.
