Should I use regular, plus, or premium gas for a lexus gx470 (2004 make)?

I drive a 2004 gx470 lexus and am trying to figure out which gas to use. My vehicle owner's manual states a fuel rating of 87 or higher. I have researched this topic online and it seems that most other car manuals simply state a fuel rating, with no optional

Simply follow what your Owners Manual states.
Thats why we have them. You can use higher octane
but there mainly for higher compression engines.
