I don't know the year or the engine size but it's Ford F-600 having a sputtering problem..Can anyone help?

could be alternator not charging, but voltage regulator might be instead. Truck 1978 on down, engine size is usually 330, 361, 391 cid, some even have 300cid. 79 on up, it's 370, 429 cid.
