What year did the toyota corolla's introduce dual airbags and abs (antilocking breaks)?

Im buying my first car, im looking to spend under $10,000. Would it be possible for me to buy a toyota corolla with abs and dual airbags? or would they be way too expensive for my price range.

A driver's side airbag was standard, and a passenger airbag was added in 1994 the ABS braking system was after 2003...........
