where is the oil filter in a 2008 Toyota Highlander?

IT's a Toyota Highlander 2008 v6. I can't seem to find the oil filter

It uses a cartridge. Looks like this;

Usually in the oil pan. Look for a round access cover on the bottom of the oil pan, a few inches wide.
