What car dealership is good to work for in the Lake Norman area?

I have been in the buisness for 11 years, the past 6 as a Sales Manager @ a Land Rover Dealership. I am sure I will have to start out at the bottom again. I am thinking of the Toyota or Honda dealerships but I have never worked at a high volume dealership.
I live in Gastonia and my uncle lives in Lake Norman so we visit there often. I would say Toyota or Nisson because there aren't many. DO NOT GET KIA !!! we have too many in the Carolina's we need either Toyota, Nisson, Lincoln, or Honda. If your going
